Privacy Policy

This site collects very little: a contact-form submission if you send one, basic server logs, and nothing else.

01

What we collect

If you use our contact form, we collect the name, email address, and message you submit, solely to read and respond to your message. Our hosting infrastructure also logs standard technical data (IP address, browser type, page requested) for security and diagnostic purposes, the same as most websites.

02

Cookies and local storage

Bluejaymere does not use third-party advertising or analytics cookies. We do not currently store any local browser data beyond what your browser itself caches for normal page performance.

03

How we use and share information

Contact-form submissions are used only to respond to you. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share information with service providers who host this site, bound to use it only for that purpose, or where required by law.

04

Data retention

Contact-form submissions are retained only as long as reasonably necessary to address your enquiry, after which they may be deleted.

05

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you by using our contact form.

06

Children's privacy

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

07

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time; the date of the most recent update will be reflected here.
